A port of the Insatiable mod from PC. Quoting the description of the PC mod: Imagine: you are just launching a new pack of mods and enjoying it, when you suddenly realize that you are tired of hunger and can no longer run. You will find a dozen cool mobs, but... none of them drop meat or anything that could help you here. Making you jump around frantically and try to find any other way to grab a quick bite.
