Terms of Service

Welcome to Inner Core Mods, a platform developed and maintained by Horizon Team ("Company", "us", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our website and services.

1. Description of Service

Inner Core Mods provides a platform for users to upload, publish, discover, and download user-generated game modifications ("mods") and related content.

2. User-Generated Content and Licensing

Inner Core Mods is driven by community creations. We respect your ownership rights, but we require certain permissions to operate the service.

  1. Ownership: You retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the original content you upload to the platform.
  2. License Granted to Us: By uploading content to our service, you grant Inner Core Mods a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, store, distribute, display, reproduce, and make your content available to other users across our platform and associated services.
  3. Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload and share the content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and functional environment for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited on Inner Core Mods:

  1. Malware and Malicious Code: You may not upload any mods, files, or links that contain viruses, trojans, spyware, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a user's device or data.
  2. Copyright Infringement (Theft): You may not upload content, code, or assets created by others without explicit permission. Stealing or passing off another creator's work as your own is strictly forbidden.
  3. Bypassing Security: You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, nor may you bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features, API rate limits, or authentication systems.
  4. Illegal Content: You may not upload content that violates any applicable laws or promotes illegal activities.

4. Moderation and Account Termination

We reserve the right to maintain the quality and safety of the platform at our sole discretion.

  1. Content Removal: The administration of Inner Core Mods reserves the right to review, flag, modify, or permanently delete any uploaded content (mods, comments, descriptions) at any time, without prior notice and without explaining the reasons.
  2. Account Bans: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice and without liability to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and all content hosted on it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  1. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  2. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the safety, functionality, or quality of any user-uploaded mods.

6. Limitation of Liability

You download and use modifications from Inner Core Mods at your own risk.

  1. Under no circumstances shall Inner Core Mods, its administrators, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the platform or downloaded content.
  2. We bear no responsibility for any hardware breakdowns, software corruption, data loss, device bricking, or virus infections resulting from downloading, installing, or executing mods obtained from our website and Horizon launcher.
  3. The sole responsibility for the safety, functionality, and consequences of using a modification lies entirely with the author who uploaded the content.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
